It is not necessary to return the original shipping materials to us, so you may use your own shipping materials. Handling & Insurance:
Minimal Shipping & Handling charges are automatically included in customer totals. These are based on weight and primarily cover packaging materials.
Insurance is optional but highly suggested for Domestic US packages when available. Once your package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is entrusted with responsibility of the safe delivery of your package, and although they do their best to fulfill their obligation to you, loss or damage can occur. Since the delivery of your parcel is out of our hands once shipped, we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. Although in our experience loss or damage is unlikely, we think the small nominal insurance fee would be a good investment. Please understand we are not able to replace or refund damaged or lost items if insurance is not purchased.
