| How can I be sure your website offers safe shopping?
| | This site is tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/SANS Internet Security Test. The "live" HACKER SAFE mark appears only when a web site's security meets the highest security scanning standards of the U.S. government, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
| | What kind of payments do you accept? | | Payment can be made online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. USA customers can also mail us a cashiers check or money order made payable to CRAFTERSNET, 131 Franklin Plaza, #355, Franklin, NC 28734.

| | What is your return and refund policies? | | All products are guaranteed to be without defect! If not satisfied, customers may return an item within 30 days from date of purchase for refund of purchase price less shipping cost.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is not reimbursable.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Call our office for a return authorization number. Indicate a reason for your return, or if an item was damaged in shipment, the condition of packing materials upon the arrival of your destination. (NOTE: For detail regarding packages damaged or lost during shipment, please read the information below in the "Insurance" section of our FAQs).
- Next, pack your return carefully. It is not necessary to return the original shipping materials to us so you may use your own shipping materials.
- Mail your return to our warehouse at: CRAFTERSNET, 71 Hawk Lane, Arab, AL 35016
Refunds are issued after receipt of return merchandise in our warehouse.
Items must be in unused original condition and product packaging or they will not be accepted. | | Do you charge Sales Tax? | | Alabama customers are subject to sales tax of 8%. | | What shipping methods do you offer? | | Orders ship within 48 hours after order processing.
Customers view real-time shipping rates based on automatically calculated actual package weight and choose their desired shipping method during checkout.

- AIRMAIL LETTER POST - For package weight under 13 ounces. (No tracking is available with this method so insurance is included in the cost of your shipping.)
- INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY - For package weight under 4 pounds. (No tracking is available with this method so insurance is included in the cost of your shipping.)
- EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SERVICE - Tracking is included with this shipping method. Insurance is included.
NOTE: The customer is responsible for any taxes, customs, and charges levied by their country. | | Is insurance available for my package? And is it

Yes, there is a minimal shipping & handling charge automatically included in customer checkout totals. These cover packaging and shipping materials only. | | I don't see the quantity I need on your website. Why not and how can I get more? | | Ours is a business of first come first serve.
What you see listed on our web site is what is available. We do not reserve
inventory. In some cases we may be able to process Special Orders.
Customers who wish to place Special Orders for specific items of a specific
quantity MUST submit a Special Order request by E-Mail.
NOTE: Special Orders require 50% down at the
time of ordering. This deposit is used to place the order with our suppliers,
therefore the deposit is nonrefundable. Full payment is due upon shipment to the
customer. Special Orders are not returnable.
A Special Order consists of:
Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) numbers
Item Quantities
Ship To Address
Credit Card billing address
Credit Card number
Credit Card expiration date
Credit Card verification code
Please allow a 2 to 3 week lead-time for Special Orders.
Orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise requested.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If we are not able to grant your request, you will be
notified by email.
